An excellent knowledge of construction requirements and documentation is first and foremost a priority at LairdPaolacci .This enables us to work on renovations or new builds. Kitchens, bathrooms and feature joinery are our specialty. We can offer a concept to completion service, or parts thereof. Typically, after a thorough consultation process, we do mood boards, followed closely by concept sketches, full drawing packages and schedules of fittings, finishes and fixtures. Again, this service is fluid, and may be tailored to your specific requirements
COLOUR CONSULTANCY
This service will provide you with personal colour scheme that is specifically tailored to enhance your home, office or café’/restaurant. A colour consultancy allows us to first assess the mood or feeling you are wishing to create, responding to this with a detailed knowledge of colour psychology and the latest colour trends. Feng shui may also be taken into consideration to create harmony within your space .We will carefully work with your existing finishes including everything from paint through to cabinetry, floors and also your existing furniture. The light in each interior environment in your space will also be carefully analysed prior to colour selections. All selections are presented in a professional schedule format for our clients to keep.
INTERIOR DECORATION
There are many options with Interior Decoration and we are aesthetic perfectionists here at LairdPaolacci. Our most popular service is the combination of having us select paint colours and new or additional furniture, accessories and lighting for your home, office or café/restaurant. This again, is completely tailored to your specific requirements and we work closely with our clients to ensure that the right look is created to achieve their dream home. We also offer an ordering service as we have good relationships from suppliers who offer us very generous trade discounts. All selections are presented in a professional schedule format for our clients to keep.
